Motability is a national charity which was set up in 1977 on the initiative of the Government. The charity oversees the Motability Scheme which helps those receiving certain disability benefits use part or all of that allowance to get them on the road. Under the contract hire scheme, customers are able to drive a new car every three years with insurance, servicing, tyres and breakdown cover all included. A wide range of adaptations are available, such as hand controls and wheelchair accessibility. And if a customer would prefer to own their car at the end of the agreement rather than upgrading every three years, there are also hire purchase options available.
Julie has worked for SLM Vauxhall for nearly 3 years and has dedicated her time to helping eligible people find the car that best suits their needs. Her efforts have given many people peace of mind that they have made the right choice. As one happy customer put it:
"Your dealership was absolutely top quality when it came to service especially Julie who hand held me through and is so good at her job and very efficient".
Julie takes great care to take people through the process step-by-step to make sure they are 100% happy. This is why we are pleased to be able to congratulate her on this award. If you have any questions regarding the Motability Scheme, please do not hesitate to contact Julie on 01424 755855.
