Vic's talk illustrated how our behavious educates others to treat us in a particular way and show how awareness of our own feelings leads to positive and safe road use.
Many motorists dread taking their vehicle to a garage for servicing or repairs. They are often uncomfortable because of their lack of knowledge and may feel intimidated by the attitude of some receptionists or service advisers. These factors sometimes result in strained relations and misunderstanding with the Service Department, especially when extra work is needed.
The 'Women in the Driving Seat' event breaks down these barriers and improved self-confidence by providing motorists with the basic knowledge they need to carry out routine maintence checks and understand what happens to their vehicle when it comes in for a service or repairs at our dealership.
