How it works:
With our 5 step online car buying process, we’ve made buying a car as quick and easy as it possibly could be! It's simply a matter of finding the car you want, choosing the trade-in and finance package that suits you best, and reserving the car in a few clicks – that simple! Our online finance calculator makes it easy for you to get a risk-free quotation and apply for the finance package that works best. When you reserve your car, we just ask for a small fixed fee of £99, then it’s yours. Everything else is handled when you collect your car, or prior to delivery if you’d like it delivered to your home.

Step 1 – Find your perfect car
Browse our extensive range of approved used cars. We’re confident you’ll find the right car for you! If you need any help, or have any questions, our expert sales team are on hand, and can even book a virtual appointment or remote test drive to give you a first hand look at the car.

Step 2 – Get a quote for your trade-in
Get an instant valuation of your current vehicle, if you’re looking to trade-in. It’s as simple as entering your registration and mileage, and we'll get back to you right away with a ‘best in market’ quote.
If you don’t want to trade-in, you can skip this step – even easier! -
Step 3 – Reserve your car
Using the ‘Reserve Now’ button on any of our used car stock on the website, where you can quickly and easily secure your next vehicle. To reserve your car, we just ask for a fixed fee of £99.

Step 4 (Optional) – Speak with us about a maintenance and care package for your car
If you’re interested in a care and maintenance package for your car, call or email us after you’ve made your reservation, and our sales team will help you choose the right one for you. Looking after your car is important, but it should be hassle free and not present hidden financial surprises, that’s why SLM have developed a series of maintenance packages to suit all needs. Some of those are:

Step 5 – It’s all yours to enjoy!
And finally, when your car is ready, we’ll let you know so that you can book in a time to come and collect at your convenience. All final paperwork and any trade-in will be handled at our centres on your collection.
Alternatively, we can arrange for your car to be delivered to your home safely and securely in line with COVID guidelines. We like to handover our vehicles properly to our customers too, making sure you know everything you need to know about your car, and to answer any questions if they arise. Therefore, we can also arrange virtual video handovers, if you choose a home delivery option.
